1.1 These Terms establish the rules for ordering, payment, and use of services provided on the “cvlink.online” portal (operator – Glazdoor, UAB, company code 307549912).
1.2 The Client (Employer), when purchasing services on the portal, confirms that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

2.1. Ads can be posted only after registering and selecting one of the service plans (Start, Standard, Pro).
2.2. The Employer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the ad.
It is prohibited to post ads that:
– violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU (e.g., discrimination based on gender, age, nationality);
– offer illegal work or fraudulent schemes;
– duplicate the same job position multiple times in the same city.
2.3. The validity period of an ad depends on the selected plan (standard 30 calendar days).

3.1. Services are paid through integrated banking systems, payment cards, or via a prepaid invoice.
3.2. A service is considered provided from the moment the job ad is published on the portal or access to the candidate database is granted.
3.3. Payments for services that have already been activated and published are non-refundable, unless the service was not provided due to technical issues on the portal lasting more than 48 hours.

4.1. “Glazdoor, UAB” operates as a platform (intermediary) and does not guarantee that the Employer will find a suitable candidate.
4.2. The Employer undertakes to use candidates’ personal data obtained through the portal strictly in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.
4.3. The portal administration reserves the right to block users without prior notice who misuse the system or provide misleading information, without refunding any payments made.

5.1. All elements of the portal (design, texts, logo) are the property of Glazdoor, UAB. Copying them without permission is prohibited.

6.1. Glazdoor, UAB reserves the right to change service fees and terms at any time, notifying portal visitors accordingly.
6.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania at the courts of Vilnius.
